Vegetable Manchurian
After so many months since last time I made vegetable Manchurian, Friday was another day to try it out one more time. You might have read my Previous post on Vegetable Manchurian. This is not going to be different. But I will still add new pictures.
Thanks to How to make Mixed vegetable Manchurian recipe on YouTube for making it freely available to all of us
Ingredients for Manchurian balls:
- Carrot
- Cauliflower
- Bamboo shoots
- Peas
- Bean sprouts
- Tomatoes
I also used soy sauce, sweet and sour sauce and corn starch to mold vegetable mixture into balls. These balls were then deep fried in the oil with gas set on medium-high heat setting.
Ingredients for sauce:
- Chili sauce
- Vineger
- Chili powder
- Soy sauce
- Stir fry sauce
- Spring Onion
- Onion
Final product was amazing. Though I think I added bit of an extra chili sauce and the mixture was spicier than my expectation. But hey, I was born Indian. So high spice levels do not deter me from trying out new dishes.
Here are some of the snaps of my attempt
